Daily Ummat ■ The city of Makassar, South Sulawesi, is now one of the areas in Indonesia that has become the target of the mission to preach the Moral Revolution from the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Habib Rizieq Shihab.
Acting (Plt) DPW FPI Makassar, Ustadz Firdaus said, if Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS) will carry out a missionary trip or safari throughout Indonesia, including Makassar City.
"The plan is to go to Makassar City, the mission of preaching the moral revolution," said Ustadz Firdaus, on Saturday, November 21, 2020.
However, Ustadz Firdaus admitted that he did not know the schedule of arrival of the charismatic cleric.
He is waiting for information or a decision from the FPI DPP in Jakarta. Because, the one who arranged Habib Rizieq Shihab's missionary safari travel schedule throughout Indonesia was the DPP FPI Jakarta.
"For now, Habib Rizieq Shihab is temporarily resting. So just wait for the DPP FPI decision in Jakarta," he said.
Previously, the DPP FPI Jakarta admitted that currently Habib Rizieq Shihab chose to rest. Because apart from being quite tired due to his long journey, HRS also immediately started doing activities with a high level of density, starting from November 10-14 2020, yesterday.
"For the time being, HRS has chosen not to carry out activities that will have an impact on mass accumulation until the situation returns to normal," wrote a press statement from the DPP FPI regarding HRS conditions, dated 19 November 2020. (**)
