This is because net exports are one of the components capable of supporting economic growth, including in West Java.
For that, he appreciated PT Daese Garmin for releasing the export of PT Daese Garmin's suits to the United States and South Korea at the factory location on Jl. H. Ibrahim Adjie No. 90, City of Bandung.
"This fulfills the expectations of the Governor. This means that there is economic activity, there is already economic development, ”he said.
"Inshaallah, the Regional Government of West Java Province will give full attention and provide facilities (to business actors) to drive the economy," he added.
He said that the economic success of a region cannot be separated from the contributions of all parties, from the government, the private sector, to the community. He also assessed that private parties such as PT Daese Garmin played a role and contributed to the development of West Java.
As for the period of New Habit Adaptation (AKB) and economic recovery, he reminded the public to be active or productive by remaining disciplined in implementing 3M's health protocol (wearing masks, keeping distance, and washing hands).
"So it is hoped that the people of West Java must be engaged in the economic sector, move to seek sustenance, while still paying attention to health protocols," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of West Java, Saifullah Nasution, said that PT Daese Garmin is a company that is included in a bonded zone, which means that the company has fiscal facilities provided by the government through the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia to domestic companies with export orientation. .
He added that West Java continues to contribute to national export figures. PT Daese Garmin's exports of four containers to the United States and South Korea were considered very good.
"Until this month (economy) West Java remains superior throughout Indonesia, can survive. Because this is reflected in the activities of all industries that can continue to run, "said Saifullah.
PT Daese Garmin is engaged in a labor-intensive manufacturing industry that focuses on producing suits for export to the United States, England, Germany, South Korea, Australia, to the United Arab Emirates, with a total of 2,000 workers. (red/hms)
