UMMAT DAILY ■ Philosophy expert from the University of Indonesia, Rocky Gerung said that the government should have prepared a state protocol, apart from a health protocol.
Rocky regretted that the protocol in the state was not prepared by President Joko Widodo as the head of state in managing the country.
"We are here complete with health protocols. But we demand more than that, we want a state protocol," said Rocky, at the "National Dialogue of 100 Ulama and Figures", Wednesday (2/12).
"And that is what the head of state has not prepared," he added.
On that basis, said Rocky, in order to understand the protocol of the state, we should learn from teachers in managing and answering the problems of national life.
According to him, this was because the state protocol was not prepared and even tended to be violated by the head of state himself and made the current situation full of anxiety.
"Today shows that in fact we are in anxiety because the state protocol was violated by the head of state himself," he said.
Rocky further said, because various policies can be smuggled through the law, through economic policies that are not based on basic thinking. That is what is called reckless state policy.
